I’ve spent my career in rooms where decisions matter, margins are tight, and leadership gaps cost real money, momentum, and people.
I’ve led award winning teams in tech and sales.
I’ve built, sold and had failed businesses.
I’ve scaled teams, navigated burnout, rebuilt systems, and learned—often the hard way—that clarity isn’t a personality trait.
I've led worship teams- large and small. Pastoring people might be one of the most challenging positions I've ever had.
