Leadership Coach // UGC// Podcast Host // Worship Pastor // Women in Tech Leader & Advocate
I’ll guide you in aligning your business goals with your faith so every decision and action reflects the bigger purpose you’re called to fulfill.
We’ll tackle the fears and limiting beliefs that keep you playing small, equipping you to show up boldly in every area of your life.
Together, we’ll develop practical tools to improve how you connect, resolve conflict, and inspire action so your team actually follows your lead.
I’ll help you uncover your unique leadership style and strengths so you can lead your team with confidence and purpose.
But my story isn’t just about entrepreneurship. For 25 years, I’ve thrived in the corporate world—often as the only woman at the table—honing my skills in sales and tech leadership while standing firm in my faith and identity. Those years taught me that true influence isn’t about fitting in or playing small; it’s about embracing your divine femininity, using your voice for good, and leading with unwavering conviction. I wear every challenge as a badge of honor, and I’m here to help you do the same—to rise above frustration, own your unique strengths, and lead from a place of purpose, power, and grace.
Today, I bring all of it—my years as a single mom, my heart for worship, my entrepreneurial grit, and my corporate leadership lessons—into every coaching conversation. If you’re tired of surface-level advice and just want someone to give it to you straight, with biblical wisdom and practical strategy, I’m here for you. I’ll call out the gold in you, challenge you with compassion, and walk with you as you lead boldly into the next season.
My superpower? I cut through confusion and self-doubt to help women leaders communicate with courage, lead with conviction, and build businesses that truly reflect their God-given calling.
If you’re a woman leader who feels like you’re carrying the weight of your business, your team, and your calling—wondering if anyone really sees what you’re up against—you’re not alone. I know what it’s like to feel the pressure to hold it all together while quietly craving someone to cut through the chaos and say, “Let’s get Kingdom clarity on this.” My journey hasn’t been easy: I became an entrepreneur at 23, weathering nearly two decades of risk, reinvention, and both painful failures and breakthrough wins. Every step has shaped my resolve and deepened my calling to help women like you lead with both grit and grace.
My Favorite Things: Family
My husband and I have weathered our share of trials in just a few short years, and through it all, I’ve learned firsthand that effective communication is the foundation of lasting success—both in marriage and in leadership.
my growing up babies
Their support and our shared journey fuel my passion to help other leaders build lives and businesses that truly reflect their purpose.
My family is my greatest motivator—after a decade as a single mom, these last four years of building a beautifully blended family have taught me resilience, grace, and the power of unconditional love.
My Favorite Things: Worship Music
Whether I’m helping leaders overcome mindset blocks or align their business with their faith, my passion remains the same: to help others encounter God’s truth, step boldly into their calling, and lead with both conviction and compassion.
Leading worship taught me the power of presence, vulnerability, and creating space for transformation, all of which deeply inform my coaching approach.
Serving as a worship pastor has shaped my heart for guiding others into authentic, purpose-filled living- on and off the stage.
My Favorite Things: The Other Stuff
I recently retired from being a professional newborn photographer for 18 years, so I miss the art sometimes. Thankfully if I'm not on stage, leading worship, I try and grab some photos to keep my skills sharp.
I don't have much of a green thumb... but my hydrangeas are my babies! You can be sure to spot many full size hydrangea bushes at my house from late Spring to early Fall
As I am moving into my late 40's, skin care has been a HUGE obsession of mine. Get the good stuff- and no, it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg! I feel like I look younger at mid-40's than when I was in my early 30's
