We provide coaching, consulting, speaking, educational content, digital resources, and related offers designed to support leaders in communication, clarity, and team development. This may include 1:1 coaching, consulting engagements, group programs, workshops, digital downloads, and The Clarity Code bootcamp or related offers.

4. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a service, program, or product, you agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to make all payments on time according to the terms presented at checkout or in your service agreement. If you enroll in any auto‑renewing services, the renewal terms, charge frequency, and cancellation method will be disclosed at signup and must be followed to cancel.
**Refund Policy:** Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery of content, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
For coaching or consulting sessions, you are responsible for booking and attending sessions within the time period stated in your package or agreement.
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited and treated as completed sessions, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed or late‑cancelled sessions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and podcast, including text, graphics, branding, frameworks, downloads, audio, video, training materials, and program content, is owned by Leadership Clearly, LLC, dba Julie Wagner, unless otherwise stated.
