Nobody tells you that one of the hardest parts of leading well is figuring out how you actually lead.

Not the title. Not the org chart. Not the goals you write in Q1 and quietly revise by March. I mean the deeper question: how do you show up, communicate, and make decisions in a way that feels true to who you are – and who God made you to be?

That question sat with me for years. I watched women around me lead brilliantly, but often at a cost. They were exhausted from trying to lead like someone else. They were second-guessing themselves in rooms where they had every right to speak with authority. They were good at their jobs, but disconnected from their leadership identity.

That’s exactly why I built the Leadership Clearly Method.

What Is the Leadership Clearly Method?

The Leadership Clearly Method is a faith-based leadership framework built specifically for women. It’s not another productivity system or a list of habits to white-knuckle your way through. It’s a way of understanding how you are wired to lead – and then leading from that place on purpose.

At the core of the framework are four communication styles: Visionary, Architect, Connector, and Anchor. Each style reflects a distinct way of processing information, influencing others, and driving results. And within those four styles, there are eight subtypes that get even more specific to how you show up on a given team or in a given season.

Three Pillars: Communication, Character, and Conviction

The Leadership Clearly Method is built on three pillars. You can’t lead clearly without all three.

Communication is how you deliver your leadership. It’s your style, your presence, your ability to read a room, move people toward a goal, and say the hard thing when the hard thing needs to be said.

Character is who you are when the pressure is on. This pillar is about doing the inner work that makes your outer leadership sustainable.

Conviction is what you lead from. Not just values on a wall – actual belief. It’s the answer to “why does this work matter?” and “what do I stand for when it costs me something?”

Why Faith Changes Everything

This framework is explicitly built for women who want their faith to be part of how they lead – not kept separate from it.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take” (NLT).

All your heart. All you do. That includes the meeting on Tuesday, the hard conversation with your direct report, and the strategy decision you’ve been sitting with for three weeks.
