hello,

Take the quiz and see your leadership communication style!

Most leadership development programs ask you to build on someone else’s framework before you know your own. This one starts differently. Before anything else, you need to know how you’re wired.

The 5-Day Leadership Wiring roadmap is the starting point for everything in the Leadership Clearly Method.

Day 1: Take the Leadership Clearly Quiz

The first step is identifying your wiring type. The quiz walks you through a series of scenario-based questions that surface how you naturally lead, communicate, and respond under pressure. You’ll get your primary and secondary wiring type, plus a breakdown of your strengths and default patterns.

Day 2: Read Your Wiring Profile

On Day 2, you go deeper into what your type actually means. Not just the surface-level description, but the specific ways your wiring shows up in meetings, under pressure, in conflict, and in collaboration. Most leaders recognize themselves immediately. Some are surprised.

Day 3: Identify Your Friction Points

Every wiring type has specific places where leadership gets hard. Day 3 is about naming yours honestly. What situations consistently drain you? Where do you tend to underperform? Knowing your friction points is the first step to leading through them rather than around them.

Day 4: Map Your Wiring to Your Team

Leadership wiring doesn’t exist in isolation. Day 4 is about looking at your team through this lens. Who leads like you? Who doesn’t? Where are the natural tensions? Where are the natural strengths? This context changes how you communicate, delegate, and develop the people around you.

Day 5: Build Your Leadership Clarity Plan

The final day is about applying what you’ve learned. You’ll identify one strength to lean into, one friction point to address, and one relationship to approach differently. This is not a list. It’s a direction.

What Comes After the 5 Days

The Leadership Clearly Method builds on your wiring from here. Everything from communication strategy to team development to business decisions gets filtered through what you learned this week. This is where the work starts getting practical.

I've been the employee, the leader, and the owner.
I know what each one is afraid to say.

As an employee, I waited for leaders to be clear.
As a director, I translated strategy nobody explained.
As a business owner for 18 years, I was the one everyone waited on.

Most recently, I led a sales team in tech, where clarity, or the lack of it, showed up in the numbers.

Every seat taught me the same truth: when leaders aren't clear, people fill the silence with guesses.

I built Leadership Clearly to replace the guessing with clarity.
